Let’s try Mahjong – Mahjong has been played since time immemorial all over the East. 11am | History with David – will take us back in time to a bygone age. David is a history lover and an excellent presenter. Always worth a listen. Let’s try Rummikub – a tile-based game for 2 to 4 players combining elements of Mahjong and the card game Rummy. It is fun to play and great for the brain. | A taste of Feldenkrais – You will guided through a planned sequence of easy gentle movements that are designed to develop a greater self-awareness of HOW to move. Come and try Finska – Outdoor skittles for grownups. The aim of the game is to toss a wooden chuck to strike selected numbered pegs to score 50 points. |

Finding your Dance – A supportive space to explore the elements of movement, with a sense of freedom, and creating your own individual and personal dance of the moment. | Art history with Barrie – Spend an engrossing hour learning about the life and work of a famous 19th century French artist. |
1pm | Let’s Try Scrabble – Come and enjoy a wordy game of Scrabble. Exercise your brain and have fun at the same time. Draw on your word knowledge and learn new words and strategies. | Let’s try Chess – Come along and meet our friendly chess players. Join in a game or two. |
